EuroEast 2 BV represented by Greenstone Asset Management, has acquired the Haffner Centre in Sopot.

Haffner Centre in Sopot is the prime retail complex at Bohaterów Monte Casino 63 next to Plac
Przyjaciół Sopotu. The Centre started operations in 2009 and it offers ca. 12.000 m 2 of total space as
well as 63 parking spaces. The Centre includes the only multiplex cinema in Sopot, numerous
restaurants and retail units.EuroEast 2 BV is the real estate investment company whose shareholders include selected Polish and
European investors. In Poland, it is represented by Greenstone Asset Management Sp. z o.o. which
also manages The Haffner Centre for the new owners.
